Removal Costs

At LoftSaver, we offer specialised removal services to ensure your loft is fully prepared for the new insulation. Our removal fees are based on the type of insulation being cleared:


Ceiling Lagging Removal: £9.99 per square metre

Our team will carefully remove traditional ceiling lagging insulation, creating a clean space for the new installation.


Blown-in or Granulated Insulation Removal: £17.99 per square metre

For homes with blown-in or granulated insulation, we offer a thorough removal process, ensuring every corner of your loft is clear and ready for new insulation.


Spray Foam Insulation Removal

Removing spray foam insulation requires specialised expertise, and the price can vary depending on the specific conditions of your loft. Factors such as the type of spray foam, the accessibility of your loft, and the extent of the insulation all impact the cost. 


Installation Costs

These prices cover the cost of materials, sourcing, and handling, ensuring you receive top-tier products at a fair price. In addition to material costs, we charge a competitive installation fee, which covers the labour of our expert team and accounts for transportation, fuel, and other necessary overheads.


Mineral Wool: 100mm/200mm depth £9.99/£19.99 per square metre

We provide premium Mineral Wool insulation, sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure top-quality thermal efficiency at a fair price. The installations costs are either £10 per square metre for a base layer, or £20 per square metre for a top-up layer.


SuperQuilt: £47.99 per square metre

Our SuperQuilt insulation offers superior multi-layered thermal protection, carefully sourced to deliver the best performance at an affordable rate.


Extras and Special Requests

You can let us take the burden off your shoulders with our hassle-free upheaval service. For just £74.99, our skilled team will efficiently and safely remove any items from your loft space.


Once your new insulation is in place, for the same price as our upheaval service, you can rely on us to restore your items. Our professional team will ensure everything is returned to its rightful place for a stress-free experience.

As part of our standard service, we include the lifting and replacement of existing boarding. Please note that joists may need to be raised to accommodate the new depth of insulation, this costs £19.99 per square metre. 


If you choose to install new boarding, we offer this service at £44.99 per square metre. This cost includes the necessary adjustments to accommodate the new insulation depth. 

Minor roof membrane repairs are included in the cost of your order.


If a full reline of your roof membrane is required, we charge £9.99 per square metre. Depending on the size of the area, this may extend the installation process by an extra day.

At LoftSaver, our high-quality, standard-sized hatches and ladders provide safe and easy access to your loft, installed by our expert team with minimal disruption to your home. We offer professional installation of a stock loft hatch for just £249.99 or a stock loft ladder for the same price.
